Serene Rituals Return Policy
We want you to love your Serene Rituals experience. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below based on your purchase.
Candles
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches and made with natural ingredients, minor variations may occur.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the candle arrives damaged or defective.
- Please email us at support@sereneritualsco.com with a photo of the damage and your order number.
- Used candles cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Gemstone Bracelets
Each bracelet is handcrafted with intention and unique natural stones, making every piece one-of-a-kind.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged bracelets.
- If you receive the wrong item or your bracelet arrives damaged, contact us immediately with a photo.
- Custom-sized or clearance bracelets are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on exchanges unless the item is defective.
Essential Oil Roll-Ons
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our roll-ons, all sales are final.
- If your roll-on arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent, we will gladly replace it.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number.
Return Instructions
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at support@sereneritualsco.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Await confirmation before sending anything back.
- If items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Please Note
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or scent preferences.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@sereneritualsco.com. - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returns are subject to shipping fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
